Turning a Vision into Reality
From the moment you meet us at a showcase or from your initial enquiry,
we are with you every step of the way.
We meet with you for your design consultation where we can really get a feel for your vision and talk you through all of the different styles and options available, passing on our years
of design knowledge & advice.
We work with people all over the world to plan their wedding or event, so if you cant make it in to see us, that's not a problem. We can video call at the venue, in our showroom or we can send lots of images and information by email/text/whatsapp.
Whatever works best for you.
We will send you a detailed quote covering everything you have chosen. Take some time out to go over the quote & once you're happy to go ahead and confirm your booking,
just let us know.
We'll send over our booking paperwork & once we have your signed form & deposit,
you're booked in :) it's time to relax!
We are never more than a phone call or message away and trust us when we say that nothing is ever too much trouble. You can come back in and see us as often as you need,
and if you need to make any changes, that's fine too.
We will be in touch with you as the date gets closer, just to check in, see how you are,
and we'll also invite you back in to see us for one final run through.
Then around 4 weeks before the date, we'll issue your invoice.
When the day arrives, you can relax & get ready while we work with our team to transform your venue. Seeing all of the designing and planning come together really is the icing on the cake & one of the best parts of our job!
